Render is one of the most popular ways to update an old brick home, but Young & Bracey can render almost any home while adding insulation!

Young & Bracey can install Foamular Extruded Polystyrene Insulation Board. This is an ultra-tough and impact resistant board with very high R-values. Once installed we cover it with a lightweight polymer modified render system to give you an impact resistant designer finish.

Foamular can be installed on most houses, from concrete and masonry walls, to simple cladded or fibro homes; we simply need a firm substrate to fix it too. Foamular then wraps the home in insulation, which is 30% more efficient than between stud insulation. This makes Foamular ideal for older homes that may be lacking insulation in the walls.
